Mindfulness has always been a part of my life. My kids and I had a mindfulness practice in place long before we faced the unimaginable loss of my husband and their father. When grief entered our world, that foundation became a lifeline, a way to find moments of calm through the chaos, process overwhelming emotions, and take each day one small step at a time.

Through this journey, I’ve come to understand the incredible power of mindfulness, not just for coping with grief, but for navigating all of life’s ups and downs. It’s a tool for grounding ourselves in the present, creating room for joy even in hard times, and reconnecting with what truly matters.

Today, I work with individuals from all walks of life, those experiencing grief, managing stress, or simply wanting to feel more centered. Through personalized support, mindfulness practices, and compassionate listening, I help people create a life rooted in resilience, balance, presence and purpose.
