Solo moms raising grieving children are carrying two jobs at once: your grief and your child’s. This 8-week series is a guided space to learn nervous system tools, get grief-informed parenting support, and be in community with women who understand the load.

This is not about fixing grief. It’s about having support and practical tools so you’re not doing this alone.

Who It’s For:

This series is for solo moms raising grieving children who want structured support, practical tools, and a space that feels safe to show up in. It’s especially helpful if your child’s grief is showing up as big feelings, shutting down, irritability, sleep changes, or “I’m fine.”

What to Expect:

In this series, we’ll work on:

  • nervous system tools you can use in real life (not just in theory).

  • co-regulation practices for the moments your child is overwhelmed.

  • emotional language that supports your child without forcing conversation.

  • grief behaviors, sleep, routines, and transitions.

  • boundaries, guilt, and repair.

  • triggers and grief spikes.

This is not therapy. It’s a guided support and skills-based series. Sharing is welcome, never required.
