Grief lives in the body. Healing can too.
Trauma-informed grief support grounded in nervous system care, mindful movement, breath, and practical guidance for life after loss.
When your nervous system is overwhelmed, everything feels louder.
Loss can leave your body on high alert, even months or years later. You might feel anxious, exhausted, numb, or like you’re constantly bracing for the next hard moment.
In this work, we focus on creating safety in your body and in your day-to-day life through trauma-informed tools that support regulation, emotional processing, and attuned connection to yourself.
You will not be rushed. You will not be asked to “move on.” We will work with what is real and we will build skills you can actually use, especially on the hard days.
1:1 Grief + Mindful Healing Support

Grief impacts the nervous system, the body, sleep, focus, relationships, and how you move through your day. In our 1:1 work, we create a grounded space for you to process what you are carrying while learning tools that support regulation, emotional resilience, and steadier day to day living.
This is trauma-informed support that meets you where you are, with practical guidance you can return to when life feels heavy. Support is available as a 4-week reset, a 12-week weekly intensive, or biweekly integration support.

a grounded, trauma-informed space to process grief at your pace
nervous system tools you can use in real life, not just in session
practical guidance for triggers, grief spikes, and hard days
three ways to work together: 4-week reset, 12-week weekly intensive, or biweekly integration support
optional between-session support for deeper containment and guidance
