Grief lives in the body. Healing can too.
Trauma-informed grief support grounded in nervous system care, mindful movement, breath, and practical guidance for life after loss.
When your nervous system is overwhelmed, everything feels louder.
Loss can leave your body on high alert, even months or years later. You might feel anxious, exhausted, numb, or like you’re constantly bracing for the next hard moment.
In this work, we focus on creating safety in your body and in your day-to-day life through trauma-informed tools that support regulation, emotional processing, and attuned connection to yourself.
You will not be rushed. You will not be asked to “move on.” We will work with what is real and we will build skills you can actually use, especially on the hard days.
1:1 Grief + Mindful Healing Support
Virtual
Grief impacts the nervous system, the body, sleep, focus, relationships, and how you move through your day. In our 1:1 work, we create a grounded space for you to process what you are carrying while learning tools that support regulation, emotional resilience, and steadier day to day living.
This is trauma-informed support that meets you where you are, with practical guidance you can return to when life feels heavy. Support is available as a 4-week reset, a 12-week weekly intensive, or biweekly integration support.
Who It’s For:
This is for you if you have experienced a significant loss and you feel overwhelmed, dysregulated, stuck in survival mode, or unsure where to begin. It is also for parents supporting grieving children who need support for their own body and heart too.
What to Expect:
In these personalized sessions, you’ll receive:
a grounded, trauma-informed space to process grief at your pace
nervous system tools you can use in real life, not just in session
practical guidance for triggers, grief spikes, and hard days
three ways to work together: 4-week reset, 12-week weekly intensive, or biweekly integration support
optional between-session support for deeper containment and guidance
Each session is tailored to your unique needs, blending mindfulness techniques, practical tools, and empathetic support.
Together, we will build a supportive rhythm that helps you feel more settled in your body, clearer in your mind, and more resourced for what life is asking of you right now.

Solo Moms Raising Grieving Kids:
when your mental health is the foundation of theirs.
Virtual
A 90-minute workshop for solo moms raising grieving children who are trying to support their child's grief without losing themselves inside it. The premise is direct: your mental health is the foundation of your child's healing. Their nervous system regulates through yours, every day, with or without your awareness.
You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what may be underneath your child's behavior, why your own mental health matters more than knowing the right words in the moment, and how to move through hard moments with the actual tools to do it.
Who It’s For:
Solo moms raising grieving kids who feel stretched between supporting their child's grief and managing their own. Grief, stress, anxiety, exhaustion, all at once. Trying to respond to big emotions at home, behavior changes at school, hard questions you don't know how to answer, shutdown, anger. While being the one who has to keep life moving.
If that's you, this workshop is for you.
What to Expect:
We'll move through three things together.
What's happening in you. How grief and loss land in a mother's nervous system and mental health. Why this is mental health work, even when no one names it that way. Permission to stop calling it "I'm fine."
How that lands in your kids. How co-regulation actually works, what your nervous system is teaching theirs without a word, and how their behavior is often a barometer of yours.
How to tend to your mental health while you parent through grief. Three foundational practices, language for hard moments, and the inside work that makes the right words possible.
Throughout, time to pause, reflect, and ask questions. Space to feel less alone in this, without any of the usual grief platitudes.
