In this work, we focus on creating safety in your body and in your day-to-day life through trauma-informed tools that support regulation, emotional processing, and attuned connection to yourself.
You will not be rushed. You will not be asked to “move on.” We will work with what is real and we will build skills you can actually use, especially on the hard days.

This 8-week series is a guided space to learn nervous system tools, grief-informed parenting support, and real-life practices that help you navigate home, school, and the emotional waves that can hit without warning.
This is not about fixing grief. It is about creating steadier ground, practical tools, and a community that understands this life.
Who It’s For:
This series is for solo moms raising grieving kids who want structured support, practical tools, and a space that feels safe to show up as they are. It can be especially helpful if your child’s grief is showing up as anger, shutdowns, anxiety, sleep changes, irritability, or “I’m fine.”

These in-person movement and mindfulness sessions help children build nervous system skills through breath, mindful movement, and age-appropriate tools they can use at home and at school. The goal is simple, to help kids feel more steady, confident, and supported in the moments that feel big.
Who It’s For:
These sessions are for children who would benefit from support with emotional regulation, anxiety, transitions, focus, or big feelings. They are also a great fit for kids who learn best through movement and embodied practices in a calm, encouraging space.
